25/26 Region Fours Championships

The first event of the 25/26 Season commenced on Saturday the 19th July with sectional play in our Regional Fours Championships.

It was good to see so many players out on the green in the cold wintry Riverina weather.

In the Men’s Fours we had 2 sections played being Leeton and District and at Wagga RSL with the 2 section winners to play-off in the final at Narrandera on Sunday the 27th July.

In the Women’s Fours we had 1 section played at Temora with the final at Narrandera on Sunday the 27th July.

In the Senior Men’s and Senior Women’s Fours we had 2 sections played being Temora and at Wagga RSL with the 2 section winners to play-off in the final at Narrandera on Sunday the 27th July.

In the Open Reserve Fours we had 4 sections being played at Narrandera, Temora and Wagga RSL (2 sections) with all 4 section winners playing off at Narrandera on Sunday the 27th July.

So to the finals at Narrandera on Sunday the 27th. Unfortunately the weather gods were not in our favour with rain throughout the day but all matches were finalized.
